All Luminox watches are covered under a free 1-year limited warranty through Richard Barry Marketing Group.
Any CUSTOMER RETURNS within the first 30 days of receipt/purchase should be forwarded to one of the following Luminox Service Centers:

Returns should be sent with a copy of the original invoice/receipt, showing the product style purchased, a brief description of the problem and a return address. The product will be evaluated, repaired, or replaced at the discretion of the service center. (There will be no handling charge within the first 30 days.) NOTE: Exterior parts are not replaced or covered under warranty.
After 30 days from purchase, you are asked to deal directly with the Luminox Service Center. Please note that there is a return shipping/handling fee of $10.00, which must accompany any watch sent to the service center. *Note: Exterior parts are not covered under our one-year (two-year) warranty, i.e.; bands, bezels, cases, crystals, crowns or batteries.~All repairs, other than crystals, bands, bezels, crowns, cases and batteries, will be repaired at no charge when received within the one-year warranty period (or extended two-year warranty period) and accompanied by a sales/gift receipt and the $10.00 shipping/handling fee.
Crystals, crowns, cases, and batteries will be replaced by our repair center at a cost determined by our center. Any repair required after the warranty period has expired can be done at either of the above Service Centers, for a cost that will be determined by the service center. The watch should be returned with a brief explanation of the problem, check or money order for $10.00 and phone/fax/e-mail information for correspondence of the amount due for the repair.
