very fast.
If you prefer to have your order shipped
via FedEx please provide a FedEx account number.
To receive your order via FedEx International Priority shipping, please
setup an account with FedEx and
provide us the account number by emailing us at customerservice@1800wristwatch.com.
All international orders shipped out through FedEx or Express Mail will take 2 - 5 business days. A business day is defined as Monday - Friday, excluding US holidays.
Customers are responsible for all Customs/Duty charges.

Please provide us a physical shipping address. For security reasons, 1800wristwatch.com
ships FEDEX and DHL to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar
addresses. PO box customers can have there items shipped via the USPS.
Please note: Any changes to the shipping address that
you supply must be made before your order is
confirmed. Any requests to change the shipping address after order
confirmation will result in the $10 Address Correction Fee (see below
for details).

For your security, if your order is more than $200 and is being shipped
to a location other than your billing address, Wristwatch's customer
service department will verify that the alternate shipping address you
have provided matches the alternate shipping address that is on file
with your credit card company. In order to avoid delays in processing
your order, please have your alternate shipping address on file with
your credit card company before placing your order.

Our shipping cut-off time is 3:00 p.m. CST.
We ship products Monday - Friday only.
Most orders are shipped the same day they are received - as long as your
order is placed with all of the correct information, the credit card
number is correct, and the item is in stock.
Your shipping address must be correct. If it is necessary to correct
your address once your order has shipped, you will be charged a $10.00
change of address fee.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.

If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address (no
apartment number listed, transposed zip code, zip code that doesn't
match the city, etc.) DHL and FedEx charge us a $10.00 address correction
fee. Due to this, we must receive full and fair reimbursement for this
expense from the purchaser. We will charge $10.00 to the purchaser to
offset this expense only if the mistake is made by the customer.
The best way to avoid this fee is to provide complete and accurate
address information for your order.

outside the United States are on a Pre-Payment
basis only.
PayPal is 1800wristwatch.com's payment of choice for International
Orders.
For any orders being shipped
outside of the United States, the purchaser will be responsible for
paying any necessary duties/taxes. International orders are shipped
insured via DHL.
