    Will I have to pay any duty ?
    No taxes are imposed in the USA. However there may be an import charge in your country. Each country establishes its own standards as to which goods are considered dutiable. Every country has different requirements and we have no way of knowing how your country will tax a package received from 1800wristwatch.com.  Your package will be valued at the price you paid for the merchandise.  Contact your local customs agency for more information.
    Who pays duty charges on my goods?
    You are responsible for all import duties and taxes associated with the importation of your order into your country. Usually these taxes are collected when the package is delivered. 1800wristwatch.com collects no taxes for orders shipped overseas.
    Will 1800wristwatch.com Declare a Low or Zero Value on Shipments for the Purposes of Reducing Import Duties?
    We're sorry, but we are not able to do this, as artificially lowering the declared value of goods for the purposes of avoiding import duty is illegal. The package will be shipped as a gift with the commercial invoice inside the box.
    How Much Will Shipping Cost?
    We currently charge $31.95 to ship worldwide plus a $2 handling fee per item. We usually ship via DHL or the USPS for fast safe insured delivery. Click here to see current charges.
    What Things Might Delay My Order?
    Many factors can affect international transit times:
    1. Holidays. Every country celebrates different holidays. If your shipment arrives on a holiday, couriers may not be able to deliver it until your recipient's office is open.
    2. Weekends. Transit times listed on this site are calculated in business days, so you will need to account for weekend days, if applicable. Note that weekends may differ by country. For example, many Muslim countries are open for business on Saturdays and Sundays, but are closed on Fridays. 
    Do you accept international credit cards?
    We welcome international orders however 1800wristwatch.com accepts AVS (USA issued credit cards only) . If you would like to make a purchase using your Non USA issued Credit Cards and Debit Card you can do so

    There you can pay by credit card (Both USA issued and international) as well as check or bank transfer. There is no charge for you to pay by paypal.com

Paying through Paily is quick and simple - you do not need to register or send any documents. There is a service of ($7.90 + 2% of the order total) to use this payment method.

    Will I receive a warranty?
    All watches items sold by 1800wristwatch.com have either a one year warranty with 1800wristwatch.com a international factory warranty where we are authorized dealers. Click here to see the warranty details. 
    Are your watches genuine brand new in the box?
    100% Authentic. In the original Factory Box. In fact our watches have never been on display.
    Can I exchange the watch of get a refund if I am not happy?
    Sure all items sold by 1800wristwatch.com come with a 30 day return policy. You can also exchange but remember freight is not refundable.
