We warranty all of our products to be free
from manufacturers' defects for a period of one (1) month.
After the initial one (1) month period, if 1800wristwatch.com is an
Authorized Dealer for the brand of watch purchased, your warranty will
be covered by the manufacturer (in most cases). If your watch requires
warranty service, it should be sent directly to the manufacturer.
In the event that 1800wristwatch.com is not an authorized dealer, your watch
will be covered under the standard 1800wristwatch.com Warranty for a period
of one (1) year and will be sent directly to 1800wristwatch.com for any
warranty service requirements.
Please see the following table. 'Authorized Dealer' image beside the
brand name indicates Wristwatch is an Authorized dealer for that
specific brand.
- Warranty coverage does not apply if the
item has been altered or physically damaged.
- Warranty coverage excludes the crystal,
battery, and strap due to wear and tear.
